he"s alright. The hospital watched him for a few hours, no swelling or reaction. the snake bit through pants and a sock so fangs didnt sink in deep. They gave him a tetanus shot and sent him home and told him to take it easy.

You cant really blame the snake, as my grandpa stepped right on it. He said he felt a sting on his leg and looked down and saw the copperhead coiled up with his head up. it was about 2 feet long, fat and dumpy, which is large for a copperhead.
