The Doc talks pretty favorable to me.

I will know more how they think I am doing after my next CT scan that will happen on July 6.

egardless of what the doctor’s say, how are you feeling? Are you done with the chemo? It seems to me like you have been on here pretty regular are you back at work?

egardless of what the doctor’s say, how are you feeling? Are you done with the chemo? It seems to me like you have been on here pretty regular are you back at work?

I am working regular, I am allowed to do my job from home for the most part, and it is all computer/network based.

I don't really feel that bad most of the time, there are issues though.

I have completed 3 rounds of chemo, Doc says maybe one more round, maybe 3 more rounds, according to the CT scan results.

The chemo stops my bowels up pretty bad, that is a very uncomfortable fight to keep them moving.

The chemo is given to me in three day in a row rounds, starting 3 weeks apart.

On the 3rd day of the the chemo they give me a shot in the back of my arm that is supposed to start my bone marrow back to making white blood cells, from the other chemo killing that process.

I think that shot is the worst part of all of it.

It makes me ache all over, bones, joints, a lot like bad flu symptoms. It makes my mouth and throat kind of like a baby with the thrash (thrush?), it messes up my taste. It also messes with my mind, and thought processes (I can forgit what I am trying to think about), and makes me very irritable, and hard to deal with. It seems to get worse and longer lasting the more times I have it. It usually lasts at least a week the last two times I have had it.

BUT, as far as my breathing, that seems to be doing a lot better, I don't seem to loose my breath nearly as bad as I did.

I do also have some pretty bad pain, a good bit of the time, in my left hip, where it has spread from my lung.

FYI Read if you wish or delete. I have been on pain meds for 10 yrs with the same constipation ussues. I am in a pain management situation every 28 days. A fresh prscription for Hydrocodone. They do not worry about my constant bowell problems so I found my own remedy that WORKS I take over the counter Phillips Laxative Dietary supplement everyday as stated on the bottle. IT WORKS if I do as it says. If I slack off I revert right back to the hard stools and blood and extreme rectal pain. I try to stay on the regimine stated on the bottle. It does not become very loose but almost a practically normal bowel action. Yr call. Its theonly thing that I could find that works normally most of the time. PHILLIPS Caplets. Good Luck Devious
