How to adjust load advance on Roosamaster pump

I have a 656 with a D282 in it. After reading several posts from Pete 23 about this engine, I have a feeling my load advance is not advancing correctly under light load conditions. Does anyone know how to set this on the tractor like Pete describes? I know you need a window and he talked about how to get it close by reving the tractor, but I never could find what to adjust.

Thanks,
Dan

Thats best set on the pump test bench. Next best is with the
tractor on a PTO dyno. At both low and high idle no load
pump should be at full advance. At one half load half
advance, at full load full retard, NO advance.
