I can't seem to remember how to make my pic's smaller ,I know you just have to add a numerical value somewhere in the attachment string

Phil, I use photobucket for my host, and when you post them there you have a choice of sizes. Beyond that, I do not know. Greg

I add either a height= or a width= thing to the img src tag. I don't use both though because if you just specify one IE will adjust the other proportionately.

Any decent photograph viewing and editing program has image resize/resample tools - use that tool and save the image as a new file.

There are many freeware programs available from the internet. Try www.download.com

You can make your pictures smaller by emailing them to yourself. I just 2 pictures that were 3200 in size and filled a whole page. After emailing them they're now around 480 in size. Try it on one picture and notice the results. Hal

Here is a great little piece of software from downloads.com. It is called Easy Thumbnails. I have used it for years and is easy to use. It will list your file directory on the left and just pick out the folder that has your photos in and click on the photo name and it will bring it up on the right pane. Then go to SETTINGS and type in the size you want, but you will have to familiarize yourself with pixel sizes. The most common size for the web is 640x480, so you just type in 640 in the MAX WIDTH and the you can leave MAX HEIGHT blank if you want and it will automatically resize the rest of the photo to match the 640, or just type in any number if blank don't work. But don't forget to select the folder you want to put your new resized photo in at the bottom of the FILES page.
