Hi Jack -

Sorry - I only have the one turboed HD... Are you just looking for the model #s, etc, of the one I had - or actual parts??

The mechanic doing those locally had done quite a few, so I know was easily able to get kits, but that was harder on the engines than naturally aspirated.

Since the vast majority around here were running 24x7 for pumping irrigation water, and since the water table is dropping and the extra power is not needed nearly as much anymore, they are way less common now than 10 years or so ago and he passed away 8-10 years ago.

I'll look for that diagram, but it may take a while. I can email you a little more high-resolution pic than that posted image, but I'm not sure if I loaned the actual page to a friend of mine or not...
