Hyd couplers

I am getting ready to put on new quick couplers on a 9700 Ford. Can someone tell me the difference between a Double acting sleeve set and a Single acting sleeve set. Also does anyone have a recommendation as to where to purchase them? Thanks

Double acting sleeve you can push the male coupler in and the single acting you have to pull the coupler out to insert the male coupler.
