My son has a Hydra Mac 1700 Skid steer with bad
gears in the left side drive. Any idea where to get
parts for one of these??? Where is the serial
number located??

That's the problem with Hydra Macs. Often a wrecked gear can wreck the gear it runs against as well. Chains can have problems too but are cheaper to fix. Good luck. It looks like a fairly new machine. Dave
