hydraulic leak

I need to know where can I order resleeve for line high pressure plus size and length and witdh I hear 10 mm and 3/8 inches which one is best or the right size and where can I get it? thanks Joe

Search my nickname and read the topic 641d New Leak. I posted the vendor and specifications of where I ordered my tubing from. if you read my other posts, the 10mm OD tubing did not fit inside of my high pressure line. It was barely too snug. I bought some 3/8" and it was perfect.

Sound and others said your tubing might step up to diff sizes and require machine shop. Mine was a straight shot. I defer to them....I just followed their instructions . It has been a great fix.

Like TX641D, I bought my 3/8" tube from McMaster-Carr. 10 mm was just a bit too big.

I used the smooth bore seamless tubing, 3/8" OD - .065" wall rated for 3400 psi.

The OE tubing is a stepped ( OD ) diameter tube.

IE.. if you snatch the tube out to replace.. you need a machined tube.. not a straight piece.

if you SLEEVE it.. you use a straight piece...
