A friend bought a used front mounted snow blower and put it on his Ford 2120. He took the front end loader off and we connected the hydraulic lines from the snow blower to the quick connects that had controlled the loader. The lift cylinder works good including down pressure. The chute is swiveled with what was the dump/curl selections from the joy stick. Problem is the chute will only turn to the right. Trying to turn it left causes the engine to labor. Reversing the two hoses let's the chute turn left and causes the engine to labor when trying to turn it to the right. Swapping all four hoses every thing works just backwards. That is moving the joy stick up and down causes the chute to turn right and left. Moving the joy stick side to side raises and lowers the snow blower.
Any ideas on what is happening would be greatly appreciated.
