iput my hydrolic cover on today, after replacing the cam pin and went back with a naa piston and o-ring.the cover went down easy with me guiding the control arm into the control valve. the promblem i have is the lift will go up but will not lower .is their any adjustment i can make without pulling the lift cover back off.as always thanks for any help. pete

Pete,

Is there weight on the arms? If there is no weight (implement) hooked up, alot of times the arms wont come down on their own. Cold fluid contributes to this effect. Remember the system is a hydraulic up, gravity down system. Put the lever in the down position, then push down on the arms. I bet they go down.

Are you 100% sure you have the control in place correctly?? If you don't it can cause some odd problems. I know it took 2 people to set the one I did back down correctly other wise it was next to impossible to get the control in the correct place

i am sure the control arm is in the valve guide, but i did not try to lower with stay rods on.what you said may do the trick.thanks for the imput! i will let you know tomorrow evening if it works. again many thanks pete
