My wife drives in yesterday with a flat tire, on our 2015 Jeep Cherokee. This morning I called my local tire shop to get a set of new tires, I was ready for a new set anyway. I topped off the LF tire with 40 lbs, and headed down the road. A few miles later the pressure countdown began. Soon I was down to 35, a few more miles 30 then 20, I should have turned around. I was almost half the way there I thought I would make it. It wasn't long before I heard the low tire alarm around 5 lbs. I finally found a spot to pull over, At least I had a spare tire, and just enough factory tools to change the tire nothing fancy. I guy sees this old man changing a tire, and stops, and finished changing my tire. Last year on that same road I was changing a flat on my Dodge 3500, a guy shows up with air, and air tools, and finished changing the tire. There are still a lot of good people out there. Tire pressure monitors are really a good thing now days. If I had one on my trailer last week I would have saved a tire. stan
