Can anyone please identify this pull grader?

I suppose it could be a few different makes, but I helped restore a grader that looked much like yours and it was a Gallion. It had a step to get on the operators stand that had the name Gallion on it, also there was a bracket for a seat for the horse driver to sit on and the footrest also had the name Gallion on it. Hope this helps.
