I have a Farmall 300 that the governor seems to react slow. Iam going to check for internal wear and free play in the linkage. but I want to know if I should install a Stock replacement spring or is there some thing better if so where can I get one

LMBKY, Im using the same cam you had ground at Bullet.

We are almost done setting up to assemble 4 engines, all at the same time. which yours will be #3 on the list.

4 different builds, one is going north, one is going south, one is going out east, and the last is headed out west.

Once I get these 4 out the door, I will be completing orders that are over a year old.

Finally getting caught up a little.

Once I get these 4 engines built, I start on completing the John Deere Limited slip differential orders out the door. I don't have an exact date on completion, but I know I have 6 to do.

Once again, those will be built all at the same time, and will ship the same time. Or upon completion customer pick up, but all done in order of date of purchase to determine who gets one first.

Carbs and governors we sneek in all the time,,,,

We rebuilt our sandblaster and compressor, and getting it setup to best suit our needs, and also setup a blast cabnet so I can speed up my turnaround times, and be able to blast the carbs like I used to! Alot better results and faster turnaround is the goal. ChadS

Thanks chad, busy busy busy the only thing better is hearing ching ching of the cash register. I told three more guys around heree to get in touch with you dont know how serios they are. talk to you later. Hey would you put original parts back in a 1066 torque or would you go with aftermarket we very rarely use it just wanting your opimion.

Fix it right so the next to use it on a more regular basis,,, won't have to do it.

What do you got for a cyl head for this engine I am setting up for? Chad

I'm going to use the 8060 had 50thousands removed and dad wanted the bigger vavles and cleaned up all the ports, we may take more off after we install and get a better idea of where we are at on clearance. What do you think?
