Hello-
I just picked up a International 430 baler. Want to go through it and get everything adjusted before the season. Got the knotters and thrower all ready. Had some questions on the plunger, I do have the owners manual with plunger leveling instructions:
1. What is the best way to sharpen the plunger and stationary knife once I have them out of the baler to get the best sharp edge on them?
2. How can I change the plunger leveling rollers/bearings on the assembly that are on the plunger side opposite of the knife? Looks like these were installed with a special machine that pressed them on the shaft and put a special crimp on end of shaft to hold them on.
3. Can a guy replace the plunger rollers/bearings without removing the plunger from baler? Was able to the get the 1 roller out that held plunger knife onto plunger.
4. anyone have a copy of the service manual?
Thanks in advance for any replies!
