should probably share the seller's info so others can be aware of dealing with him. at least keep their eyes open.
would it be less $ to find a good parts tractor and try to make 1 good one out of 2? like a good running ugly one and swap the pretty parts and tires and cab over? Scrap/part out the rest ? If mine I'd at least look in that direction. may not make sense either......
