jacking up a trailer

I was curious what you use to jack up the axle on your tandem trailers to change a tire when You have a load on. My trailer sets fairly low, and since I am partly disabled it is difficult for me to get under it with a jack.

I use a plastic ramp that I got for my Horse trailer thru country supply. I'am at approx 18000 loaded and used last month and works great. You put it in front of the good tire on the same side as the flat and drive up. lifts high enough to change flat.
