JD 145 loader and loader brackets for a 2150 JD

I am trying to find a used JD 145 loader for my 2150 JD. I would also look at something comparable in other brands. I am in central MO. Where do I look to find something like that. Does anyone have one out there they would like to sell?

I am a first time tractor owner and have been impressed with all the helpful stuff I found on this forum board. Great find for a city guy trying to be a weekend farmer!!! LOL

Is there a reason why you need a JD145loader?There are several short line loaders that are just as good that new are not much more than a used 145. Koyker and Westendorf to name a couple. They also can be put on and taken off easier.I have a JD2155 with a JD 175 loader and it is a pain in the a$$ to get back on if you take it off.

I am open to any brand. Really just need something that is easy on easy off. I am very new to the tractor and am getting quite an education on stuff.

Try www.craigslist.com in your surrounding areas.

Try your friendly neighborhood dealerships. Most all sell an aftermarket loader. Shop around, get brochures, visit websites, and sit down with salesmen. Even if it is more expensive this way, you won't have a wore out peice of junk, and more than likely will be installed right the first time. Who knows, you might even be able to arrange a payment plan this way and not have to pay the total at once.
