jd 2355 loader help

My 2355 came with a Allied loader but it has seen way better days. What would be a good loader for this tractor. I would like a quick detached loader so I don't have to drive the field with it on all the time.

I'm of the opinion that the best loader is one designed for it by Deere.

JD model 245.
I also think there are nice aftermarket loaders also such as Westendorf,Bush Hog and K-D.

Local deere dealer had a guy who traded in a 3020 with a quick tach 48 loader back in the 80's. He bought a 1983 2550 new. Asked if the 48 loader could be made to fit and they did a good job. Had to move the front grill back a few inches but all else was bracket work. Well, I own that tractor now, loader works great. Fit up pretty good and plumbed correctly. Be glad to show you a pic of it.

The 240 is also a JD made loader for the 2355.

I have a JD 2355 with a Bush Hog Loader 2446 QT and works just fine. The new model is 2447 QT . This comes with Skid Steer interchange. They do make good quipment but if I had my wish (this was on this tractor) I would go with a JD

I have a JD 175 Loader on my 2150. In the 175 loader manual there is a picture of one mounted on a JD 2550 tractor. I believe it also lists it as fitting on a 2350 and 2355. The 245 is a very heavy duty loader that actually mounts back to the axles. The 175 has a bracket that mounts to the frame rails.

Wow, thanks for all the help. Just wanted to mention that the 2355 is an open air tractor. I apreciate all the help.

I didn't mention the JD 48,145,146,148 or 175 because they aren't true quick dis-connect loaders but will all fit a 2355.
