jd 3 bottom plow

Been a while but I think there is a hub cap with wrench flats on the end. unscrew hub cap (right hand thread) Then I think there is a large cotter pin holding a cam bushing on. Remove cotter pin, cam bushing and machine washer. Then wheel should just slide off.
 
i took the cotter pin off and when i try and take the nut off when i turn it, it turns the whole shaft not letting the nut come loose
 
As mentioned it is a right hand thread. The old saying "Righty tighty" Lefty loosey" doesn't apply. Turn it as you would if you wanted it tight and it will come off. Most likely you have it pretty tight so it may require a little more force than originally required. Good luck.
