JD-40 wiring

Hi I was wondering how i can obtain a wire diagram for my John Dear 40. I just need to know how to wire it from the batter, starter solenoid, to the starter. 12v system

Mark Are you sure it's 12 volt? They were 6 volt positive ground from the factory.

Your correct. Lucky for me someon changed it over already. I just need ot know how to wire in the panel. I keep you posted on the progress.

I changed mine to 12 volt - ground. I installed a key switch and a lighted volt meter. Run a hot wire to the switch and go from there. If the volt meter is lit up I know the switch is on. Come off the switch with a hot wire to the light switch.
