jd 80 corn planter

does anyone know if this is a no till planter or if it can be made a no till planter.. it has the press wheels in the rear
 
I mounted a RM cultivator stabilizing coulter/disk to the tool bar in front of the 80 unit and substituted a wavy coulter for the flat disk. Have successfully used it several times.
