JD Hitch Landing Lever

I am looking for a hitch adjustment lever for use on a JD 1936 A. This lever would allow you to swing the drawbar side to side in small increments and lock into that position. I have heard some people call it a hillside lever. Has anyone seen one?

We found out what they were worth.
Then went back to the junk heap and salvaged the old one we used to use on the 70 D then was chopped to work on the 3020. Then took it to a machine shop where they welded and machined it back to looking factory original.
Now all we need to do is purchase back the original 4X14" drawn plough dad used to use.

Mike: The Landing Lever I have is for a late A,B, or G. It will work on your non styled A, if you use a late style draw bar or an adapter. It is in excellent condition and complete. You can have the hitch for $200.00 plus shipping. They are very hard to find, most do not know what they are or how they are used. I am in zip code 51503 in Western Iowa.

As of last November, Doug Coates of Dubuque Iowa had one for a late styled drawbar. It was much less than $200 and he can be reached at (563) 588-1058.

If you're not concerned about originality, the land lever from a IH #8 works great. When you make it yourself, you can decide how precise you want to make it (inch movement per notch)
