Can anyone tell me if Deere made a two row planter for the 1945 B that mounted on the back of the tractor and could be raised off the ground by the power lift via the rock shafts. I've heard somefolks talk about Listers; are listers the same as planters. My cousin has a 48B with a full set of planters but they mount on both sides up front.

Probably did make a 2 row planter to fit.

A lister is a double faced plow that cuts a furrow and in some territories then the planter plants in the bottom of the furrow to protect the seedling from wind. In other territories the ridges made by listers would be where the seeds were put to get the seed out of the mud.
