surely it does not grind pulling out of gear ???..i think the shiftin lever has a turnbukle adjustment ? ,,as i recall ? had too adjust park on my 3010 gasser i got rid of 25 yrs ago .. more then likely the sycronizer is getting bad ,, but other wise JD minds should chime in ..
