Jet Star 2 Intake Manifold Needed

Can someone point me to where I can get ahold of a exhaust intake manifold for a Jet Star 2?

The exhaust header is separate from the intake manifold, they are bolted together. Do you need both? Exhaust header are the most common problem as they burn out. They are available new from Steiner for about $100. The intake manifold is usually salvageable, may need refacing and a spacer plate where it meets the exhaust header.
