can someone tell me what holds the suction screen in place in the crankcase on a jetstar? i found it laying in the bottom of the pan. i see where it goes but what holds it in place? thanks, cliff

I think it would be just a pin. It doesn't show in the book. Stick the suction line in the opening and a cotter pin would go in perpendicular (90 degrees) to the suction line.

thankyou, i can see the holes for a pin,i will give that a try.

make sure the cotter pin fits tight or it will slip past it and come off again
