John Deere 42 in oats

My son purchased this model 42 this summer and is using it to do his oats, left the self propelled in the shed.

That's a nice setup.

Does it work the 4020 any, or could you pull it with a smaller tractor?

How'd that huge scour clean work? I see you have a catch bag for weed seeds. Looks like it could about eat the one on a 30.

Doesn't work the tractor at all. He could pull it with his 3010 but he likes the radio on the 4010. The scour clean works great really makes for clean oats. Thanks

That is a nice looking outfit.I have the sales brochure for a 2510 that shows a powershift 2510 and a 42 combine cutting oats.I always wanted a 42 but instead have a 55 and 95.
