Looking at a 1972 4320 avg. paint (not original) 3900 total hrs, 34" rear rubber, front weights, Year Round cabTractor is very tight and runs well. In know the cab is not worth anything, but the tractor is very nice. What is it worth?

The 34s hurt it.The hours[ if correct] would help it. 3900hrs would be very low and being repainted with that few of hours hurts it.To find correct fenders and rock shaft covers will take $750/$1000.Depending on clutch I would think around 10[ IF] hours are correct.Nice originals sell well and are hard to find.

Have one with 10k hrs. JD rollbar cab, doesn't use oil, very good 38" rears. Owned by a mechanic before me, he did all the service for the 1st owner. Don't know if it is origanal paint but looks nice. Wouldn't sell for less than 12k but would trade on a nice 4440.

i have a 71 4320 with 9900 hours on it, one small dent in the front of the hood (typical old farmer not paying attention when running a loader, lets just say when i found out dad dented it i gave him an ear ful on paying more attention) and 18.4-38's, non adjustable front axle, 10.00 16 front skins, factory hinson cab with the roll bar, radio but no A/C, 3 hydraulics no 3pt, and i wouldnt let it go for less than 12K since its got original paint and its in awesome shape, looked faded before i polished it and it looked showroom new once i was done. even has the factory muffler on it still, and thats hard to find on a deere turbo diesel.

I bought my 71 4320 4 years ago with 6900 hours, a rollbar cab,18.4-34s with axle duels for 7000. It did need all new wiring under the dash (fire), and a water pump. Good shape other than that. I took the cab off and when all said and done I had 8500 invested. Been a great tractor.
