Always, Always go and look it over AND drive it, to see if anything is wrong..
It will be up to YOU to decide...

If that is the one in Wisconsin, I live about 30 miles away and belong to the local tractor club and don't know him.

I bought a Unstlyed BW last year from him last fall.He has a Very nice mueseum setting place.Very nice to work with and will allways try hard to come up with a part for your tractor if you need one.Good prices also.

Just so people know what happend to that tractor was Loyd was interested in the tractor before i put on ebay and he said he would take it so i pulled it off.

You are getting to be quite the eBayer!!!!!

After the hoopla you put us all through on that sale, you should have told him to bid like anyone else!

IMHO - That's Strike One! (PatB)

Well you guys could have bought it outright from me 2.Iam a man of my word and what i told the guy,i did.I just needed the tractor gone for our waterloo boy.I got 5,500.

A lot of ebayers aren't putting their adds on correctly...this must be what Mark did. If you want to sell locally and post add on this site, one needs to list a price for best offers only. This gives a level playing field. One can take an offer and close out auction early however if you have a valid bid and reserve is met you have cheated the purchaser and violated the ebay contract. Now if you made a mistake in not listing a needed reserve on posting or other mistake one might want to correct, relist. But to jerk the auction without reason just to sell locally is a big mistake. I wouldn't trust such seller. It's no different that buying a tractor and traveling some miles with your money only to have the seller say they decieded to sell elsewhere or local friend...this sucks and it sounds like this seller would do same. Most people if they did it once, they would do it again. It's called trust.

To all on the board, look at the ip# 75,205,8,97 Mark Kowalski 3 times,Scott Hilgen 2 times, and Joe 24D 1 time. You can be the judge,I've made up my mind,I'll not bid

totally way off topic but if you notice one of his last posts is a different IP address(75.205.187.147 posted 8/25/2010) from the rest (75.205.8.97 8/24/2010). Most ISP's use dynamic assigned address'. One day you could post under one address (75.205.8.97) and the next might be different, but you should always have the same first 2 numbers from your ISP. Not standing up for him, but just giving some information to those who look at that stuff. Now the fact that Mark K and Joe 24D and Scott Hilgen (original poster) have the same IP within 1 hour of eachother.....fishy business there. They are one in the same, unless they are room mates in the same house....even still fishy business. This guy is bad news or he has schizophrenia either way I will never do business with him. Too many personalities to deal with!!

Sharp eye there Kris noticing the same IP addresses with different names.

Last year there was an old <s>troll</s> fellow on the Tractor Talk forum that had at least 15 or more "aliases" using at 2 different IP addresses.

Its easy to change one's "alias"; not so easy to change one's writing/communication style.

If you'll take another look at the posts/replies, then you'll notice the similarity in writing style.

Either he is really dishonest or someone is impersonating him and going to some trouble to smear his name, I’m guessing the first option.

Perhaps this is ------ ------, coming back in disguise - he has been known to use an IP beginning with "75" a time or two.

Some folks spend more time setting up bogus accounts here and there and have PCs at different locations - to go with multiple eBay accounts all designed to no good! Makes it easy for a fellow to "shill-bid" his own For Sale items! (PatB)

Can you explain why you have the same IP as 2 other guys - scott hilgen and 24D - you are talking with, or are you tri-polar and didn't realize you were talking to youself.
