john deere b pistons

Looking for .045 over pistons for a 1937 B, can only seem to find ones for later models, any ideas where to look, would prefer new, aluminum is fine.

Try Hinrichs Repair I have bought from them. They sell high compression pistons to. 815-778-1900, 815-499-6580

You can bore it to Late B standard bore size & use them in either stock or (much preferred) aluminum. Most all are done this way.

I don't think you can bore an unstyled block for late B pistons. An unstyled bore is only 4.25". That would be an overbore of 7/16". You CAN bore an early styled block as you describe as it is 4.5" bore (standard).
