i'd feel better at 6.625, but there's quite a few of them at 6.75" running around.

I've sleeved several at 7".

Working on 2 more of them now.

We have a powerblock that has been bored out to 6.75" for a number of years now with no problems and just bored it out a little more to clean up the sleeves a little. I have a powerblock that has been resleeved to 7.25" but have heard they can go up to 7.375"
