Jubilee Defferential

How do I check the fluid level in the defferential, there is no dip stick and I don't see an over-flow bolt to check level?

Spec's call for 8 quarts....

on the left rear is a square head plug..its just inside the trumpet bolt pattern..

Should I use the 80w90 gear oil in the ddfferential?
