Just got a Case 611B

Just got this 611B tonight, the engine was rebuilt but when the engine was put back in, the main seal was messed up and now leaks a LOT!.
It's been sitting in a shed for 3 years and the guy was getting tired of it being in the way,
the tractor is complete, but needs reassembled.
I only paid $600 for it, i thought that sounded like a good buy?.
I though i would share some pictures here with everyone and see what your thoughts are?

sounds like a deal to me!! you even got a top link!!!!!I have two 600B's one set up like yours and one with solid front axle and flanged rear I really likwe mine congrats cnt

Who has the 600B ? I am overhauling mine and having a $!%% of a time getting the piston sleeves out. Any suggestions. DO I need a special puller or freeze them as I "ve heard. Or can I just do a ring job to stop the oil burning?

I think the dry sleeves can b tuff to get out, a lot of guys build a puller. Are the sleeves scoured? Are you doing an inframe build or have you pulled the motor?
