kill cable for 1940 A

Anyone have a pic of a kill cable and switch for the mag on the 1940 Farmall A. I need one if you know where I can get one please let me know.
Thanks in advance

I recall that someone said that OEM Tractor makes the brass pull knob and cable. I'll send you a picture of mine topmorrow. It's on a 1940 H. Length is probably different.

They were a liability problem. If you let go too early, the engine would "re-start" as it was spring loaded. I imagine a few people were injured or killed.

And like all wire inside a cable, they would seize if not maintained. Most were retrofitted with a grounding switch.

That is true. with no cable, by hand if you don't hold it back it will restart. I still want to find a cable and switch.

Go to motorcycle shop and buy a kill plug with stretch cord to attach to person. Need to know if you want to make or break circuit to stop. Very inexpensive.
