what is everyone running for kill switch when they are using electonic ignition just added one and need to find kill switch any help would be great

Ken's welding, #319 627 2688. He makes the nicest and lightest switch out of billet aluminm.

Could you explain how to use the relay to make the trailer breakaway work? I bought a couple of them, but then realized they "Conncect the circuit" when you pull it out. I would like to use them, but didn't know I could make it work on electronic ignition.

We use an extension cord with a female plug on the tractor and a male plug that is jumpered across the terminals, when the plug is pulled the current is interupted to the ignition.

Denny's Carb Shop has a good one for $30. Connect one wire to negitive side of coil the wire to a good ground. Done Works great.

The trailer break away switch is the same as Dennys sells.Yes it makes a connection when you pull the plug,that is what grounds the system and shuts the engine off.One side(wire) goes to the coil,the other side or wire is a ground.

i bought a round 4 wire trailer light plug (male and female) and used two wires in it and sends the power through the plug to a msd box . i would think it would work the same on electronic ignition. just when it is pulled apart it breaks the fire to the ignition

that works fine in all but you will be replacing your coil that way that's what denny's wont tell you been there done that

You well need to get a relay that is 12 volt NC(normaly closed) to hook your coil to. Then ground the relay properly and run a 12 volt circuit though the kill switch to the relay. When the switch is pulled it completes the circuit and opens the relay.
