What kind of tractor is a 190 Allis Chalmers? Are parts readily available?

190 or 190XT? XT, make sure it has the rear end updates- Series III is ok, but I and II needed updates to handle the 93 hp. Some got it as a dealer update, others had to pay for it themselves.

i have a 190xt propane small rear end still working fine has 120 hp no prob yet keep fingers x jerry

have one worked good for about 2 years now the oil pan is full of water tried head gasket same result must be a bad liner

190,s are GREAT tractors, you sit up high, all the controls are right there for convenice; if its a 190-no turbo- it prolly has the small rear end ; dont put a turbo on it ; they are great tractors 73 horses designed to pull 73 hp. equipment; a 190 xt has a turbo 93 hp. from the factory, but most are turned up to 120+; thats ok if it has the big rear end- 4 pinion - ,3.25 axles , there are a power house and still fuel efficent ; and YES parts are avaliable for everything you need on them; Id go to aftermarket suppliers before Agco for parts ; but some you can only get from Agco; Agco is dropping the orange brand so screw em ; I buy 190,s and redo them ; if you find one and decide you dont want ; IM INTERESTED !!!
