Spent the day plowing 2 miles of gravel roads and
drives. No pictures of 'rigs' in the snow, but here
is a 'big dude' about 400 yards off my front deck.

This was taken about a month ago. The snowbanks are almost as tall as the arborvities now and she's still plowing strong. I just pull out the walk behind snowblower to clean up the edges and keep some width...

Great shot of the eagle. I saw 4 last Sunday. A lot of folks in the ST Louis area make an unnecessary drive to Clarksville Mo. or Grafton Ill. to see eagles. There's a small overlook type park in south St Louis called Bellerive Park. If you take some binoculars & scan the trees & sandbars across the river ( sometimes on the Mo. side too )you can see eagles this time of year. 3 weeks ago we counted 14 adults, 3 juveniles, & about 20 herons & egrets. 2 years ago I was driving sheet piling about 3 miles downstream from this park & eagles were in the trees overhead watching us. I've also seen an occasional eagles in Tower Grove Park right in the city.

There's a nest just to left of that picture. I see an eagle or two all year long. I saw one perched along Hiway 100 between I44 and Washington the other day. Made the hawks that I usually see there seem really small.

This is my current snow mover.

The snow here today ranged from bare ground to 4 foot drifts. The weather people said we got 9"s, but I haave no idea how they could have measured it. It was a beautiful sunshiny day and 12-15 degrees and windy. Trying to shovel this stuff was like shoveling dirt or rocks. I love this little 8N.

She is no trailer queen but I couldn't move all that snow without her.

You can see the grandsons made fort out of one pile - left their guns in it too.

First time I have ever posted a picture. I thought I would try to upload this one of my two children, our dog Sam, and our 8n, Rusty, plowing snow!

My snowplow rig is a 1963 4000 light industrial with HD pie weights and chains and dearborn dozer plow. This rig work good in snow or ice.
