40/50yrs ago I found washers that opened up at one end and were hinged cross from the opening. Closed, they looked like a O Opened 1/2 way, they looked like a C. opened all the way up, they looked like a W. I cant find them here. Anybody know who sells them?? Thanks

Post a pic of that washer , then a person would know what they are. Then a lot easier to find. Also where are u using them ? I think I know what your talking about.

Never seen anything like that. Sounds like a very specialized item. What were they used on? How big were they?

I found some at Menards a while back. Shure save a lot of disassembly on the linkage I was working on.

NE OK you say? Atwoods.

Now that the snow has stopped you can get to your nearest store. But, I'm not sure all of them have stock of special stuff like this.

Also, I think I've seen these at Tractor Supply, and Stillwater Milling Company in Claremore.
