I did dry runs this afternoon, here is my G code, it makes two small holes and cuts the bigger circle.
Please remember, the z axis is not functioning yet.
I was planning on opening up the 4 wires from the stepper controller to the stepper during an estop. I blew out one of the controllers doing that today, so I am going back to killing the 120VAC that feeds all of it during an estop. I also ordered the hole sizes backwards on the pulleys that I was going to use on the Z axis, the stepper is 14mm and the mill shaft is 18mm. I will get the right pulleys and a replacement stepper driver coming and hit that up next week, meanwhile I will get the brackets done to mount the stepper and limit switches.
