Making Maple cream Pics.

Well guys,
We had a problem getting more plastic containers for Maple Cream, so I had to revert to plan B.( glass canning jars) Dan, these pics are of some coming your way as of this afternoon.

Maple Cream is another form of maple syrup. Syrup is boil further down to 230 degrees, and then cooled to room temp and then stired to cristilize it to the consistancy in the pic. By boiling it down a bit more and stiring it, when cooled, it becomes Maple candy. We put it into molds shaped like maple leaves, hearts, etc. Guarenteed to satisfy your sweet craving.

Loren, all I can say is yum! I know the glass is a pain but it really shows all the good hard work.And if you need more $ let me know.

Boy Loren that sure sounds good all fat free LOL, dam I have got to got to go to the doctor on Thursday for the big colestoral check up, oh well just enjoy.
