My MF255 is getting fuel to the injector pump, but no fuel is coming out.? What are probable causes or trouble shooting i can do?

Has tractor not run for awhile? May have metering valve and / or plungers stuck. Call 574 893 4172 after 7 PM , can explain more then if you like.
