massey high crop

Hi Yes they did make a Massey Hicrop. I had a friend who had one and used it for one summer on the farm. It was gas job with multi-power. Not bad tractor over all. I have a 1964 model 65 Massey now with multi-power, just a gem of a tractor, love it. hagd Les

There was no such thing as a Massey 50 "high crop". They did make a row crop tractor with 38" rear wheels, referred to as a "high arch", but park one next to any true "high crop" tractor and you'll see there isn't quite as much ground clearance. They aren't particularly rare, nor are they of any significant value (relative to the standard chassis MF50's)

They were available from the Massey Harris 50/Ferguson F40 days, on through the early production of MF150's.

Hi, I agree with MF Poor. There is no High Crop.
As mentioned, they made a row crop with 38" and we
sold almost as many of them as the standard clear

Your serial # is on the dash panel and the first letter should be a C to be a row crop tractor. Second letter is fuel type. Third is clutch type.
