Did the pacer have a oil filter for the hydraulics on the pump side of the engine forward of the steering box?

Hey Ed, sorry I cannot answer your question. Did you pick up the MH? I was out there from quarter til til quarter past noon and did not see anyone. Did see the tractor was moved, but it was still there when I left.

Aaron, I must have just missed you as we arrive a little after 12 noon. Bill will tell you I almost gave up trying to move this.With the tranny locked up and the tires flat . We had to use Bill"s tractor and lift it with the 3 point.All is well that ends well.Going to take off a few parts that fit our Pony and save. The rest I will probally part out to help other Pacer owners.

After posting I took my tractor/trailer/kids/wife/dog to the local store and spoke with the cashier. The slightly burnt help appaently got to meet you and where awful impressed by the fact that you came from Buffalo and sounded like you came from a different country! They are great folk, but have never really left WV in their lives. Hope you got what you were looking for.

I didn"t understand this line you wrote.

As for meeting anyone ,the store help must have met someone else . Bill escorted me to his place and saw me back out out to the interstate. I told him I would find my own way home and he insisted it would be to difficult. To bad we really wanted to see the covered bridge and the area . A very scenic place you live in. We also seem to share the same slow loss of being in a rural area after speaking to Bill. This is the last posting for this topic as guys get mad when not discussing tractor stuff here.

I saw a 1956 on ebay a while back that had a filter on it about 6in. from the pump. It looked oem maybe dealer installed.
