I would like to thank everyone that came to the Mean Green Pull in Winona. We had a great day. Families enjoyed themselves watching their kids pedal tractor pull and tractor pull. I would like to say that we have a great group of members in the Mean Green Club. We can discuss things that are negative and have a positive output. This means alot in any organization that you are in. We want to try to please all tractor pullers with their issues and suggestions so that we can all enjoy the hobby that we all love.
We did have bad news that Mr. Ben Matthews lost his tractors in an accident on the way to Winona. Glad to hear Mr. Ben is okay, just has to repair his tractors. We also missed a good friend that for some reason did not show up.....Keith Edens and a lot of others that I know that for some reason were unable to show up for the pull. I would like to thank Mr. G R Harden for his sled and participation. I would like to thank Raymond, sled operator and all workers of the sled for a great job.
If it weren"t for the ladies up front processing all the paperwork for the pull, we would not be able to have such a wonderful, organized pull...Thank you Ladies.
In closing I would like to say the 901 Ford was impressive!! Don"t get a chance to say that very often, but it was it"s day to shine.
