MF 135 steering shaft cover

I'm working on my 1970 MF 135 diesel steering. I've Located all the bearings and other parts needed except the

CAP, STEERING COLUMN (PLASTIC, 4-1/16 LONG)#510849M1.

Anyone know where I can find one or something that will work? The only reason I need it is because someone in the past really buggered up the steering wheel install and I had to cut the steering wheel off to get everything apart and messed up the cover in the process.

Well, I thought I had found everything. I'd really like to do a good rebuild so...

Need help finding the following parts. Can't find them anywhere.

1- 180553M1 Pittman shaft bushings, I can find the correct size, but the company has a min. order of 10, and their $10.00 ea.

2- 1090346M1 Pittman shaft oil seals. Can't find them anywhere.

3- 180562M1 Pittman shaft dust seals. Can't find them anywhere.

All help is greatly appreciated...

Don't know if this would be possible, but could you use a piece of PVC pipe and cement a cap on it, then drill a hole for the shaft?

I have thought of that, I have a piece of black that's almost the same size.
