MF 204 transmission

How does this thing work? Previous owner never drove it. I have 2 gear shifts and a 3 gang peddle on the right.

Instant reverse torque converter tranny. Pedals are
forward, reverse and throttle. Forward and reverse
also operate throttle and middle pedal is throttle
only. 2 other levers are to select the gear you want
for max. speed. Look on the net under instant
reverse trans. Some use only 2 pedals and pushing
both gives throttle only.
