MF 65 OM Correction: Clutch Linkage Adjustment

After 60 years, I'd like to point out an error in the MF 65 operator manual on page 51 under the Clutch Linkage Adjustment section. The adjustments are reversed. My clutch had the first condition, but the pull rod was bottomed out. Then I realized it had to lengthen to stop the PTO at the 1 inch pedal height.
The pedal adjustment is in spec, BTW with the 1/8 clearance.

The early 65's had a different clutch pedal configuration. The wording works for the early clutch pedal I think.

They updated the picture but missed fixing the words it looks like.

I suspected it was legacy language. This 65 has a push down clutch pedal instead of a push forward.

The clutch pedal pushed down on all 65s. On the early ones, the pedal pivoted towards the rear axle. The newer ones pivoted towards the front.
