MF 65 wont idle

My 65 starts and will begin to idle then start to sputter and go up and down. I've replaced the plugs, wires, cap, points, and rotor. Rewired it, rebuilt the carb and new fuel line. Love my tractor but I'm going crazy!

Any filters either on a float bowl or inline? Any strainer inside the tank as in on the fuel outlet? When you disconnect the fuel line from the carburetor does the gas come out in a steady stream or does it merely drip out?
If you increase RPM does it run smooth or still sputter?

Fuel leaking from the air intake is caused either by your float being out of adjustment, a worn out or dirty needle and seat or the float having a hole and being full of gas, therefore not floating and shutting off the fuel to the float bowl.

When you rebuilt the carb, what parts came with the kit? Did you do it or have a shop do it?

Seems like the fuel bowl is overflowing. Did you replace the fuel bowl needle and seat? It could be defective. Just recently had this problem with a rebuilt carb on our MF40. Took it back to the shop, owner couldn't believe it when it tested bad. He changed them out for another new set and put carb back together. Tractor runs fine now.

It was a bad float, the bowl was just flooding constatly. Runs better now, but still a little shy on power could it be the valves need be adjusting?
Thanks
