MF 65

My MF65 seems to have a problem with engaging the engine driven PTO. It makes a grinding sound when trying to raise the lever and will not engage.

Engage at idle and you'll probably have to play with the clutch a little to get things lined up. If it still grinds, you might need to adjust the pto clutch. It's common to have to feather the clutch a little to get the pto in gear. dave

Thanks for your response. Will adjust the PTO clutch and with any luck it might get the old 65 spinning.
