MI JD tractor

I have a MI John Deere tractor that was a county road mower tractor, that was given to me, that still has the side mounted mower on it. Was originally a orange color. Is that a fairly common tractor? Has a nonadjustable wide front end. It needs some mower parts, older neighbor thought is was maybe a No. "44". Need to know how to find out make and model mower? Thanks for any help.

think the mower is a Detroit harvester model 7.( Deere model MI-7 )Just over a 1000 of the tractors were made. Several of us on this forum own them. Post this down in the john deere section

Could we get a picture of it? I have a John Deere M20 Belly mower for a plain M, MT, 40, or 40T. I am also missing a few parts and would like help. Does yours have any of the pto components or the lift system on it? Thanks, Bryce

I have a few M-20 mower parts. You can let me know what you need.
One thing I have is very hard to find, it is the belt shield for the PTO.
